It's already been a week since Retromania, oops. It was a lot earlier this year than it was last year, considering it was in April last time. Anyway, I did end up going again.

Found out when I got there that they'd moved the event to a different building diagonally across from the place it was in last year, it was... quite a bit smaller, it felt like? I don't actually know how many square meters each venue is, but considering most of it fit into one area this year (with a few additional sellers in a very cramped upstairs area), while it was in deveral rooms last year? I'd venture a guess and say it was a little smaller this year. I managed to look through it in about an hour and a half, or so.

I ended up with five new games, though one is one I already own, I just can't play it, it being the Bionicle game. I already own it on PC, but my computer won't play a game that old anymore, so now I'll be able to play it on PS2 instead!

Also bought these cute little strawberry pins from Akara's Wish. I've shopped from them before, they've got pretty cute stuff.

Also, one of the games is Resident Evil, which is funny since they just released a new one. This is RE5 though. My first Resident Evil game! I've only watched people play the one with Lady Dimitrescu before, I relaly don't know much about the franchise at all, but I do enjoy horror games, so why not?

I did of course bring my 3DS with me this year, just like last year, but it seems like not as many other people brought theirs this year, I only met three people via the Street Pass.

Afterward, I had lunch with Ren. Had some delicious sushi. They didn't have any egg though, but I love their tofu. Their egg is usually really good, but idk if they've stopped making them or if they were just out of them at the time (though we arrived just after opening), it was a bit crowded so it was hard to hear. Tasted great either way though.

Also, it's mine and Tofi's birthday today! We're celebrating with family next week though, but we did have lunch. Also, drew some silly art for it. Also drew art as a birthday present for Tofi, but I haven't decided if I'm gonna let that just be for him and stay offline or if I'm gonna share it yet. We'll see.
